Summer Pampering

Here is my video of the beauty steps and products I use to get myself ready for Summer! Hope you enjoy!

Casual Carnival Look

The other day I went to my friends birthday party which was Carnival inspired with her being Brazilian. I wore this halter neck embellished top from Forever 21, with Mom Jeans and Converse making the look more laid back. On top I wore this Zara Oriental inspired bomber jacket.

I wore the Let's Skate paint pot which is a shimmery baby pink and on top I applied big chunks of pink glitter from the party shop. I lined my eyes with the Rimmel Scandel Eyes Liner and Miss Manga Mascara. Finally I topped off the look with Maybelline's Tantalising Taupe Lipstick.

Prom Look

Last night I went to prom, celebrating leaving school forever! I decided to go in a nude playsuit as I thought this would be a nice change from the traditional prom outfit of a maxi dress. I also decided to wear sandals instead of heels because to be honest I find it difficult to enjoy myself as most of my heels are ridiculously uncomfortable, and I'm glad I didn't wear them apart from the fact most of my friends were towering over me!

For jewellery I wore a simple silver band around my neck which I stole from my mum and some earrings I bought on my recent trip to Turkey (blogpost coming soon).

On my face I wore Bourjois's Healthy Mix Serum and my Make Up For Ever Concealar Palette, along with Nars Laguna bronzer on my cheeks and temples. I then filled my eyebrows in with MAC's Wedge eyeshadow and then used the Beguile brow set mascara, again from MAC. On my eyes, I wore MAC's Painterly paint point and Vanilla eyeshadow, with Quarry in the crease and under my bottom lash line. I then lined my eyes with a Rimmel eyeliner and coated my lashes with Loreal Miss Manga Mascara. Finally, for the lips I went with MAC's whirl lip liner with MAC's lipstick in Honey Love!

End of Exams, an End of an Era

So on Friday, I finished my exams!

Seeing as I can't express my excitement through words, here's a picture of my face to show how I'm feeling right now..

I only had three altogether; a History retake, History and English, compared to some of my friends who have about 9, but still it was a major stress and I'm so glad it's over! As I've finished early, basically everybody I talk to goes 'how's revision going?' and my reply is always 'I'M FREE', It's such a good feeling! Anyways, because I'm free this means that I've finally finished with the school I've been going to for the past seven years of my life, and it's still not sunk in yet.

Finishing exams means I want to turn over a new leaf, starting afresh! I've already begun this process by deep cleaning my room, filming a youtube video and now, to start blogging again! Seriously I'm going to do it!

See you soon (trust me)
xoxo
